IntelliJ IDEA Demetra build 5281 is released

Unusually, yesterday night JetBrains released IntelliJ IDEA Demetra build 5281.

Here change list from build 5261:

* Lang-API. Fully support references with different names
* Lang-API. Allow language API to be applied to files using
filename filter
* Open API. Ability to provide the list of own element overriders
for 'Goto Implementation' and 'Quick Definition' functions
* New Inspection: String concatenation within Appendable.append()
* Debugger. Tooltip for non-primitive value has an icon allowing to
switch quickly to 'Active Tooltip' mode
* JSP Support. Support JSTL 'import' tag for JSP context passing to
included file
* JSP Support. Validate only changed JSPs
* JSP Support. Added 'Exclude From Validation' option
* Mac OSX. Integrated Quaqua LnF
* Code Coverage. Purge coverage data
* Editor. Quickfix to insert explicit type argument qualifier to the
method call if necessary.
* Other improvements and bugfixes.

Update: Bad thing, as some users reported, build 5281 can not commit to SVN server. :-(
